2010 Xcel Energy Artist Prospectus Competition. Be the featured artist for the Downtown Street Fair! The 2010 winning piece will be a painting, drawing, print or photograph that captures the spirit of “celebration” and commemorates the 35th Annual Downtown Street Fair.
